If a figure on a university profile is out of date or wrong, tell us the page, the figure, and where the correct information is published on the university's own site. Corrections are usually made within a few working days, and the review date on the page is updated when they are.

Advertising

We sell display advertising inventory only. We do not sell editorial placement, directory position, or sponsored university profiles, and enquiries of that kind will be declined.
What we cannot do
We are an independent publisher, not an admission office, a government agency or a licensed adviser. We cannot:
- Tell you whether you will be admitted to a specific university
- Review, edit or submit applications on your behalf
- Advise on individual immigration or visa cases
- Contact a university, consulate or financial aid office for you
- Provide individual financial or legal advice
For decisions about your application, contact the admission office of the university directly. For visa matters, contact the U.S. embassy or consulate in your country and the international student office of the university that issued your Form I-20.
Response times
We aim to reply within five working days. Correction reports are prioritised over all other correspondence.
