1. What we provide
An informational website containing directory listings of U.S. higher education institutions and editorial guides about the admission process. Access is free and no account is required.
2. No professional relationship
Nothing on this site constitutes admission advice, immigration or legal advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to apply to, enrol in or pay any institution. Using this site does not create an advisory or fiduciary relationship. Decisions about your education, finances and immigration status should be made with the institutions involved and with qualified advisers.
3. Accuracy and the nature of the data
Directory figures — including tuition, fees, acceptance rates, enrolment, test score ranges, deadlines and policies — are editorial estimates compiled from public sources and are provided for orientation only. They change frequently and may be incomplete or out of date at any moment. The official website of each institution is the authoritative source, and we link to it from every profile.
You agree to verify any information on which you intend to rely.
4. Acceptable use
You may read, print and share pages for personal, educational and non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Scrape, crawl or harvest the site in a manner that degrades its availability for others
- Republish the directory data as a substantially complete dataset or as a competing directory
- Remove or obscure attribution, advertisements or notices
- Introduce malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or probe the site's security
- Use the site or its contents to send unsolicited commercial messages
- Misrepresent the site as affiliated with any university or government body
Automated access for reasonable, rate-limited research or indexing is permitted subject to our robots directives and the machine-readable usage terms published at /agent.json.

The text, layout, design, code and compiled data arrangement on this site are owned by University Directory USA and protected by copyright. University names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective institutions and are used descriptively to identify them. No endorsement or affiliation is implied.
Short quotations with a link back to the source page are permitted. Reproduction of full articles is not.
6. Third-party links and advertising
We link to external websites and display third-party advertising. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. Advertisements are labelled, and their presence is not an endorsement of the advertiser by us.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
