Who we are

Information we collect directly
We do not require registration and we do not ask you to create an account.
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep the message and your address for as long as needed to answer it and to maintain a record of corrections.
- Consent choices. Your advertising and analytics consent choices are stored in your browser's local storage on your own device so that we do not ask again on every page. This record stays on your device.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard web server data, including IP address, request time, requested page, referrer and user agent, for security, abuse prevention and traffic measurement. Logs are retained for a limited period and then deleted.

Advertising
This site displays advertising served by Google AdSense and its partners.

This site is intended for prospective university students and the adults advising them. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our hosting and advertising providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where personal data of EEA or UK residents is transferred, providers rely on standard contractual clauses or another recognised transfer mechanism.
Security
We serve this site over HTTPS, apply security headers, and restrict administrative access. No website can guarantee absolute security, but we do not store payment data or sensitive personal information of any kind.
Links to other sites
University profiles link to official university websites and to government resources. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their practices.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the "last updated" date above and, where the change affects how we use personal data, through a renewed consent request.
